(More customer reviews)Ok, right off the picture shows more stuff than you actually get. The $25+ value ball, bar and pin doesn't come with it.
Mine was handled a bit rough and it didn't come with the hitch cap. Got it very quickly.
The 7/16" hardward was short by at least 3 inches. When all is said and done, this cost me 4 extra trips to Home Deport and Lowes. Don't waste your time looking for 7/16" bolts. Lowes had 4 inchers in their spectialty section.
You really need a 5 inch bolt to make this work. Don't worry, the 1/2 inch ones will fit both holes.
The instructions said you'd have to cut some skin off the bumper. One trim was evident. Right now, I have a pretty good sized dimple over top of where the hitch touches the bottom of the rear bumper. Even after it was all put together, I'm not really sure what I should cut to snug this fit up. I'd like to see this kit come with a stick on pattern you could use to trim the plastic for a perfect fit.
On my installation, I had to twist the right side end around my exhaust pipe. It will go okay eventually.
I had the car's rear end ramped up about 6-8 inches so I could get under it with some space to work.
I used a rubber mallet to bang the sides around the frame on the underside of the vehicle. It was a real tight fit. If you are planning on using a socket set to tighten all the bolts down, I'd use a deep set. The 5" bolt will stick out a little too far to use regular socket ends.
Seems to be of sufficient quality. Price with delivery was fair.
