(More customer reviews)I ordered this hitch with the intention of taking it to go pick up a boat. It came within a reasonable amount of time, and was THE WRONG PRODUCT. It is a Valley hitch, and it has the right product number on it, but does NOT match the picture. I wanted the one that didn't require drilling so we could install it ourselves, and the one they sent is a side mount, not a top mount and requires additional drilling. I sent the product back, they sent out a replacement, the next day it shows up and is the SAME WRONG PART. They were willing to refund my money once they recieved the part back, but I have a boat to pick up tomorrow and can't wait. So now I have to go and pay someone to professionally install the hitch, at an additional cost to me, because the product was wrong. Buyers beware: I don't know if they fixed this problem or not, but I wouldn't want you to get stuck like I did.
