(More customer reviews)To no fault of the hitch, the undercarriage bolt connections are pretty difficult to get to. The real problem was the bolt's threading was so badly damaged (perhaps though the terrible packaging job) that it was near impossible to torque them through the hex nuts. I was having such a hard time tightening them together that I got out from under the car and tried to just thread the bolts through the nuts by themselves; to see if I could. It was exceptionally difficult. I think that had I been given a set of bolts that was not damaged, that this install would have been no problem.
