(More customer reviews)I have a Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and this lock fits perfectly. Comes with a cable to hook over your handlebars so you won't forget to unlock it. The lock is well made, with a rubberized cover that fits over the key slot, reducing any chance of rust or corrosion. When I researched locks, this Trimax was considerably cheaper than the competition but from my experience it is as good as any. Five Stars.

(More customer reviews)This is a nice heavy-duty lock system that's easy to use. It's a good compromise between easily cut cable locks, super heavy chains that weigh a ton, and U-Locks that limit where you can park your bike. The lock being attached to the chain makes it much easier to use than the kind with locks that detach. It'll deter all but the professional thieves who bring the kind of tools that can defeat any lock system. I would have given this 5 stars, but in the product description it says the chain is 5 ft in length. It's 3 ft (36") like it says in the rest of the product info. That's perfect for me and it's what I expected, but it could mislead other buyers.

(More customer reviews)This product is very functional. It provides me a visual queue indicating the disk lock (attached to the other end of the cable) is secured to my motorcycle's front wheel. One end is connected to the lock and the other to my handlebar. If by chance I were to forget about the lock, placing my hand on the clutch would immediately give me visual and tactile feedback that the lock still needs to come off. Bottom line: A simple device that can prevent a catastrophic consequence.

(More customer reviews)I don't agree with the other reviews, this has proven to be a great lock. I use it for my Goldwing which should support my faith in this losk. It easily fits (without covers) the front brake disc rotor, the key syatem works very smooth and the case provided is very nice. Make sure to always use a bungee type reminder, this lock is highly visible but having that cord on the throttle is an immediate reminder.

(More customer reviews)This is a fine product for a motorcycle or scooter (have both). The locking/unlocking mechanism works well (no fiddling needed). The key light is useful when trying to unlock the lock at night, although it is a red LED which isn't as good as the white LED that I have with another similar lock from OnGuard. I find that I fiddle more with the OnGaurd lock when unlocking that one compared to the this Trimax.
