(More customer reviews)This fits like glove on a 2007 Express Van 3500. All of the fasteners are included and I was able to wrestle this on by myself. I couldn't find this available anywhere nearby without special ordering. Amazon shipped it to me in two days (Prime) cheaper than I could order it locally. This was for my church's van. I bolted this on one day before they took a 3,000 mile trip pulling a trailer. No problems or surprises at all.
