I would give it five stars but mine arrived with paint chipped off and a scuff mark on one of the mounting plates which indicates it was mounted on a vehicle and then returned. I'm diappointed I received a slightly used product. However, it works great and is an exceptionally strong hitch. Reese always makes top of the line of equipment and this one is no exception.
