(More customer reviews)Brackets worked great on my 2000 ford f150. Everything lined up great and fit as expected. Only problem I ran into was the packing. Hardware was rattling around in the box having escaped the bags. Was missing one nut and one spacer. Had to buy the nut and ad-lib the missing space. The brackets themselves were great just not the packaging. Plan on a few in the most inconvenient places. I got it installed myself but it took some time and some sweat to get there. Have towed the trailer twice now so I'll have to go back and try and re-tighten all the nuts. It was impossible with to get a torque wrench on all but a couple of the nuts. These did make the installation of the rails much easier.

Draw-Tite 75305 Max-Frame Class III Square Receiver Hitch Review

Draw-Tite 24756 Class I SportFrame Hitch with Drawbar Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered this 24756 Draw-Tite hitch with drawbar June 2011 and it did not come with a drawbar. I contacted Amazon.com and they shipped another hitch immediately, it came the next day.(GREAT)
Had to take the 1st hitch to a UPS dropoff location.(Not cool) They shipped the 2nd one with Fedex so I couldn't just give the 1st hitch to the delivery guy to take back?
So I get the replacement, but it did not come with a drawbar either. I contacted Amazon again, had a response within 2 hours, but was told that if they send another one it will probably not come with a drawbar either. So without trying to resolve the issue for me, they just issued a refund and I have to make a 2nd trip to UPS to return the 2nd hitch. Very Annoyed, don't understand why Amazon cannot just ship me a drawbar. They sell them. Just want others to be aware...

Draw-Tite 24715 Class I SportFrame Hitch with Drawbar Review

(More customer reviews)Had to return the first one because the square hole was welded crooked. Return shipping was as easy as it could be and there was no extra cost to purchaser. It is not shipped in a box so powered coated paint was damaged and there can be over a dozen difficult to remove stickers. The hitch is rated for 200 lbs tongue weight but I am only using it for a bike rack for up to two bikes (Two bikes and rack total weight 100 lbs). The design is clean and stays well hidden. It also does not require any hole drilling into car chassis. It took two hours to remove mailing and manufacture's labels and touch up damaged paint job. Fifteen minutes to install on Toyota Solara about an hour to install on Toyota Camry. You need a socket set with at least a 4 inch extension and a torque wrench. I suggest that the seller figure a better way of packaging for shipment. You should also know that hitch mount bike racks can block visibility of your car's license plate and police will not like that.

Reese Towpower 30051 16K Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Review

(More customer reviews)I recieved my new hitch on time. Problem was the box was what I ordered but the hitch inside of the box was not. Someone had switched hitches to a non slider type. Also some of the parts were missing(rails). I called Amazon and was able to get a credit for recieving the wrong hitch. Being resorceful I was able to use what was sent to me by using the slide portion of my old hitch, everything woked out ok in the end and I got to go on vacation as planned. 5 stars to Amazon for my quick resolution of this problem and getting me my $285.00 credit (the difference between what I orderd and what I got). No stars for the person who swaped out hitches in the box prior to me receiving it.

Curt Manufacturing 55356 T-Connector Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this so I could tow my utility trailer with my 1997 Wrangler TJ. It arrived very fast for me, even with super saver shipping.
The install was really simple - you unplug each turn-signal assembly and insert the compatible connectors in between the factory wiring harness and the signal assembly. One wire needs to go to a ground. I used a bolt that holds on the fender flares.
My only complaint is that if you have one of the little LED trailer wiring testers, the tester gave misleading results with this harness. Mine was similar or identical to this:

For instance, if I had the headlights on AND a turn signal, the tester wouldn't blink. However, when you hook up the actual trailer to this, everything works as expected so thats the important part. I spent a lot of time fiddling with the wiring based on this before I decided to just hook up the trailer and see how it operates. I've not had this trouble with the tester on other vehicles, and may be a fault of the tester more than the harness. Still, some mention of this in the instructions might have saved some time.
I would definitely buy this again.

Overall, the carrier serves its intended purpose, but the tray is two -peice and very flimsy, in fact, mine came cracked, and the mounting bracket is quite low quality.
Okay, if you're not looking for a very high quality unit.

The plugs and sockets connected to my 08 Magnum fine, but the install was a bit of a pain to get it in there nicely. Then to have the thing go out!! I was quite unhappy to be running around trying to get this working the night before leaving so my weekend plans were not ruined. Was I going to take everything all apart and return it or cut out the converted and buy a cheap one to splice in from AutoZone? The later... so I basically paid $60++ for connectors. Thanks for nothing Curt Manufacturing!

(More customer reviews)Works well as a half inch pin. However, I wouldn't use it under sustained, demanding loads with the 5/8 sleeve. There is just too much play and opportunity for deformation. If you are frequently mounting and removing a cargo tray or bike rack with a half inch pin, you'll find this convenient. There is a 5/8 version available from Master Lock. Remember, it's a pin, NOT A LOCK.
