(More customer reviews)The packaging was like everyone said; it was in a box that did not fit right, but mine showed up with all the parts and no damage. It bolted right up to the frame bolt holes on my 09 Rav4 with no problem. As stated in another review the bolt by the muffler was a little difficult to get to, but I had it on in about 10 minutes this included looking for the wrenches. For the money I would order from them again even if it did show up with a couple of scratches. The delivery time was fast too.
