(More customer reviews)Hitch fit my 97 Explorer with 16" spare perfectly and was easy to install. No drilling needed. Finish was rough and had dirt in the paint. It was shipped as is(no box)and was recieved all scratched up and two of the four lock washers were missing. After repainting and a trip to the hardware store to replace missing washers, the installation turned out OK. Hitch sits about two inches below bumper and is very visable from the rear.
I think I would try another brand next time.
