Amazon returned it without a hassle. In fact, they shipped me a new unit before I even sent the defective unit back. Outstanding customer service!
The unit itself has performed flawlessly! I would suggest having a few additional zip ties on hand during installation. I think it took me about 4 minutes total to install this unit. I am very happy with all of the Curt products I have purchased. Curt makes a quality product at a fair price every time.
