(More customer reviews)As with all Amazon products, it arrived on the date specified. Installed on vehicle (2005 Toyota RAV4 Sport) within 1/2 hour. Bolts and washers included, instructions are perfect. We will be using the hitch for a 2" platform bike carrier. The platform bike carrier will also fit our 2008 Toyota Tundra with a standard factory 2" hitch. A class 3 hitch is overkill for a RAV4, but I wanted to easily change the carrier between vehicles. The hitch was painted very well and constructed well beyond anything a bike carrier could do to it! Not sure what else one can say about a trailer hitch? :-) The hitch exceeds what the RAV4 could tow. I would recommend using an anti-rattle/anti-theft hitch pin. These use an internal bolt and threaded pin to stop hitch rattling and bike carrier movement, as well as deter theft of your bike carrier.
