(More customer reviews)there was only an install plate that was a basic right ange plate that allowed you to mount the 7 and 4-way to but very few options as to where to mount to the truck. Also mine did not even come with screws to mount or secure the 7 & 4way to the plate. otherwise a solid built product and works as designed.
