(More customer reviews)Used on a '05 Passat wagon. Easy to wire with a little knowledge, but short on a few items. The wires are at lengths which are specific to a certain setup. If yours deviates from that, plan to splice, etc. Still, easy enough. Could have used one additional splice, which required an extra trip to an auto parts store. Added in a fuse, which they recommend but do not provide.
Bottom line: works if you have some basic automotive wiring knowledge, but be prepared to spend another 10 to 15 at the local auto parts store for a fuse, and extra splice blocks for anything outside of their specified setup.
