Arrived with no packaging and with no instructions, no mounting hardware, did not include "Ball Mount & Hitch Pin" or "Removable Drawbar, Pin and Clip". Returned to Amazon and customer service sent a replacement which arrived with no accessories just like the first one. Too bad, I'd like to have this on my van. Amazon customer service told me to wait several days before reordering and they would look into it.
