(More customer reviews)This hitch was exactly what I needed and when it arrived I unboxed it and was pleasently suprised at how heavy duty it is. The problem is after I bolted it on I discovered that the ball hitch wouldn't even start to slide in. I discovered that the receiver weld was on the inside of the sleeve and not the outside. Major problem! I should have boxed it up immediately and sent it back for replacement but instead I broke out my new dremel tool that I have been wanting to use, and I grinded the weld down smooth so the ball hitch would slide in. This took about 30 minutes to do. Shouldn't have needed to do anything though. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the flaw.
