(More customer reviews)I complained to Amazon because the fitted top piece was only 7 1/2 feet - too short to go on the trailer, but Covers Direct has WONDERFUL customer service! They called and exchanged the cover for the next larger immediately without charge. The rep was polite and helpful. The product is as advertised - just be aware of the top measurement.
