(More customer reviews)Hitch might be okay -- don't know, haven't received it yet. Order confirmed and paid on 7/28 with 3-6 day shipping. Today is 8/9 and still don't know what's happening. Checked status on web, but it is never there. Called company and told that they will update status. Never done. And they can't tell me where hitch is or when it will be sent out. Just on back order and will arrive in a couple of days. Called three "couple of days" later and still no change. I know nothing. Still comments from customer service like "checks in the mail" and the web order status page "should be working". What a waste. Working on getting my money back now. Probable take me forever.
