(More customer reviews)Product shipped in middle of a snow storm so I didn't get it for three weeks. I was ok with that because I wasn't planning to install it until it got warmer anyway. Then when I did finally receive it, it had none of the installation pieces with it. It came with no bolts, nuts, or brackets, etc. I had to make the small 1 inch metal brackets on a grinder. It also didn't come with the drawbar, pin, clip and hitch box that it said was included. After reading the other reviews for this product on Amazon.com, I didn't even bother to try and get my money back. Let alone the hassel it would have been to box this back up and ship it to them. The box was thrashed when it made it to my door. Just beware, if you don't have the ability to make your own brackets, research how much they will be. I could only find them for $40 inside a hitch installation kit. I was able to purchase bolts, nuts, washers, and brackets (which I had to grind) for about $5.00 at a hardware store.
On the up side, the Reese hitch is a good hitch and installation was a piece of cake. Worth going online and searching for instructions...they are out there for the CX-7 and can cut down on having to guess how to undo the exhaust and get this installed.
