I use two different trailers, one for hauling a tractor and the other a small travel trailer used for local service and meeting events. I have a load leveling coupler with different weight spring bars for each one. Unfortunately, each trailer has a fixed ball coupler of a different size: 2 5/16 and 2 inches respectively. It was almost impossible to switch balls on the attachment coupler to accommodate the different trailers, so it was necessary to find a ball assemble that would allow using the load leveler head with the different ball sizes on the trailers. This unit absolutely fits that requirement to a tee. I've been using the Convert-a-Ball for this past season and it works well and meets all my needs. I strongly recommend it for any application where the trailer weight is less than 10 thousand pounds.
