Ordered from Amazon Marketplace, came w/ free shipping in about 5 days. Once it arrived, I installed by myself in around 30 minutes. I recommend installing with another person but it is pretty easy to handle, either way. I used a couple of bricks on either side to "stage" it a few inches under the bolt holes. Then I simply pushed it up the extra few inches and loosely secured the bolts on one side while the bricks supported the other side.
The hardest thing was digging out the watter-proofing/rubberized caulk that was inside of the bolt holes on teh undercarriage/frame. Without removing that stuff the bolts were not going to seat easily.
The instructions are lacking w/ regards to "lowering the exhaust". It appeared possible that the exhaust hanger could be removed from the hard rubber it was inserted into. However, it also appeared that if you don't know what you're doing you will end up tying the exhaust up with a hanger and taking it to the shop to be repaired. So, I opted not to drop the exhaust as instructed. It took more patience, small hands and a long socket extension but everything worked out fine. The machine bolts provided are an exact match for the Sienna and the hitch is cleary designed as an exact match for the Sienna.
The only "drawback" is an obvious one - once installed the hitch receiver may "bottom out" on steep drive transitions, etc. The rear-bumper clearance of the Sienna is already low and the hitch receiver decreases the clearance by about 7". However, this is rarely a problem and if you drive carefully and slow down when transitioning to a steep drive there won't be problems.
