(More customer reviews)The product arrived quickly and had ample instructions inside the package. It appeared well constructed. The instructions could have been more specific as to how to locate the factory plug in harness.This was not an easy installation as the instructions stated. It took almost 4 hours for two guys to get it installed. 3/4 of the rear interior had to be removed and there was no passage way to lead the plug out side of the car to the hitch area. We had to cut the harness pass it throught a hole in a rubber grommet behind the bumper and then resolder the 4 wires and hope for the best. It all worked fine in the end.
