There was no ball mount, as pictured, so the photo is misleading, as i chose this because I hoped it came as shown.
Also the holes were about 1 inch too close together for the car's frame so I had to use big hammer to bash the plates apart. This may have been from UPS dropping the item on it's end too many times.
Overall good hitch, just not as shown

Class V Receiver Hitch Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this hitch over rated for several reasons. One being the price was over $50 less than the next size down. The other, well, it just can't hurt when you are towing something to over shoot the tow rating on a hitch. It's a nice hitch. Installed in about 20 minutes once the factory hitch was off and w/out removing the spare tire as we were told you HAD to do. HA! Just have to be intelligent about your wrench placement and have a second set of hands to help tighten things down to the specified torque values. Overall easy to install and a nice heavy duty hitch!!

(More customer reviews)I purchased this receiver for a 2003 Ford E-350 extended van. It bolted on with no drilling or hassles. None. Ford provided a ready-to-go four prong flat trailer hook-up. I installed the receiver, inserted a pre-owned trailer hitch and plugged in my boat trailer and rolled down the road. Total installation time was about 10 minutes. The fit and finish is super. Buy one.
