This receiver met all of my requirements as it was easy to in stall within minutes. This was one of the most user friendly products I have had the oportunity in purchasing in awhile. Over ther years I have purchased numerous receivers and they all was off center slightly and made installation a major task trying to align up the attachment points.

This hitch is very well built. It is held on with 6 1/2" supplied bolts. You will need to enlarge and or drill the 6 holes with a 1/2" bit.

The side panels/mounting tabs are made from at least 1/4" plate.
Im not one to be worried about finish but this hitch has a nice, thick, high gloss black finish.
I bought this hitch for my 95 F250. I will be using it primarily to hold my salter for winter, once the salter is loaded with salt it acts as a sustantial tongue weight that lower class hitches are not built for.

Bought this hitch and even checked Valley's website to make sure it was the right one before I ordered. Valley says it's the right one, but it doesn't fit! It needs to be about 1" wider to actually line up with the frame. It may work if you don't have Stow-And-Go seating, but it's specifically supposed to be for the Stow-And-Go vans!

I ordered this hitch for use with a four bike carrier, as well as towing a 4'x8' utility trailer. Everything about this hitch are first class. Attractive, tubular design. Quality materials. Well-finished welds. Flawless powder coating. Well-written installation instructions. And a simple, bolt-on installation. Even the packaging and speed of delivery were great.
