(More customer reviews)The kit contained the wrong bolts (M10 instead of M12). I had to buy the correct from NAPA in order to complete the install while the muffler was lowered. The seller said they would have overnighted them to me if I had called them. That would have been too late, their number wasn't on the installation instructions and I doubt they take calls on Saturday. They kindly reimbursed me for the bolts. (I didn't ask them about the 30 miles I drove to get the bolts).
The hitch did not easily fit under my 2008 Ridgeline. I had to use a floor jack and jump on the bumper to get it in place. The bolt slots were a little tight and required all fasteners loose and pushing with my foot against the hitch to pass the last bolt thru. If I had to do it over again, I would have bought a similar product at U-Haul and had them install it.
