(More customer reviews)It arrived unwrapped, no box, just the shipping label, and chipped paint. There were rusted areas on it. I requested a 2nd one and same thing, now been 4 weeks and Amazon has not I still have the 2nd one, and no credit back yet. My conclusion is this item is used and should NOT be priced as new. The description should clearly state it is used.
